Why the dose is lower
Armodafinil contains only the longer lived enantiomer, so 150mg is the usual dose against modafinil’s 200mg. Elimination half lives are similar, but armodafinil holds a higher plasma concentration later in the dosing interval.

The meaningful comparison is Modalert against Waklert, because those are different molecules. Waklert against Artvigil is the same molecule under two labels.
