These pages are updated on a fixed schedule and after any relevant regulatory action. Each carries the date it was last verified and a record of what changed.

Drug interaction reference
Interaction profiles for each drug, organised by mechanism and by the affected medication.
Each table is verified quarterly against primary sources, and after any relevant regulatory action. Changes are logged with the date and the source that prompted them.
Where a status is uncertain or a source could not be confirmed, the entry says so. An unverified entry is marked as unverified rather than presented as fact. A stale reference table is worse than no reference table.
